Thailand has more than 300,000 people working in the sex industry, with sex tourism fueling the supply of trafficked victims for sexual exploitation (UN-ACT, 2018). First Priority Development Foundation is an organization that is dedicated to releasing people from the cycle of poverty. We work with women in the sex industry to identify disease patterns, educating them to make informed health-related decisions and encouraging them to use local support systems and structures which builds toward safer communities.
